An Act relative to harbormasters.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “technician.” , in lines 321-322, the following words:- “A municipality may elect to place in Group 4 the harbormaster of the municipality who are certified by the harbormaster training council.”
