An Act relative to retirement board contracting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 23B of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 246 and 249, as amended by section 54 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2015, the figure “ 7” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- “10”.
