An Act relative to just compensation for Susan Hubbard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the treasurer of the Commonwealth is hereby authorized and directed to pay Susan Hubbard the sum of $29,808 for services rendered as a guardian pursuant to appointment as such by the Probate and Family Court for the period beginning on July 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2016 in order to satisfy the moral obligation of the Commonwealth to compensate for such services provided; that said, Susan Hubbard shall provide itemized invoices to the treasurer for work performed prior to the payment of any sums hereunder.
