An Act relative to continuing education for retirement boards.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 20 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting, in subsection 7 the following:-

"Increasing continuing education credits for opportunity shall be available to the retirement board members."
