An Act protecting senior citizens from third party tax collection.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2C of chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 81, “and (4)” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(4) properties exclusively owned by individuals aged 65 and older; and (5)
