An Act to extend the Brownfields tax credit.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection (j)(1) of Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “2018” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “2023”

SECTION 2. Said subsection (j)(1) of Section 6 of chapter 62 is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 6, the figure “2019” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “2024”

SECTION 3. Section 38Q of chapter 63 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “2018” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-“2023”

SECTION 4. Said section 38Q of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 6, the figure “2019” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “2024”
