An Act designating the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway as the official organic public park of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 60 the following section:-
Section 61. The Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway shall be the official organic public park of the commonwealth.
