An Act properly and accurately identifying avian seals & emblems within MGL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9 of Chapter 2 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting before the word "Chickadee” the following words:- “Black-Capped”; and by striking out the word "Penthestes" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “Poecile”.
