An Act relative to retail liquor sales to caterers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12C of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after “section 18” in the fifth sentence, as amended by chapter 190 of the of the acts of 2012, the following words:- or a retailer licensed pursuant to section 15.
SECTION 2. Section 12C of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, shall cease to be effective on January 1, 2018.
