An Act to increase courthouse energy efficiency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 14 of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “or local governmental body” and inserting the following words:- , local governmental body, or the judiciary
SECTION 2. The second paragraph of section 14 of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the words “or body” and inserting, the following words:- , body, or the judiciary
SECTION 3. The third paragraph of section 14 of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 14, the word “or local governmental body” and inserting the following words:- , local governmental body, or the judiciary
