An Act relative to the observance of a Gold Star Wives Day and a Gold Star Mothers and Families Day.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section12T of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "Navy Union Day" in line 10, the following words:- the fifth day of April as Gold Star Wives Day, the last Saturday in September as Gold Star Mothers and Families Day, and provided further that on both days the Gold Star Flag shall be flown over State House;
