An Act Clean Program and Social Development Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Emergency Preamble-
“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of the Clean Program for Social Development, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."
Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to develop and administer the Clean Program for commissioning investments in the areas of advertising, broadcasting, communication, electronics, media, arts, entertainment and social development.
Clean Program and Social Development Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:
Providers and member policy for advertising, broadcasting, communication, electronics, media, arts, entertainment and social development.
To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
