An Act Grocery, Retail and Charitable Provider Policy and Member Direct Coverage Program Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

 “Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Grocer, Retail and Charitable Providers, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Grocery, Retail and Charitable Provider Policy and Member Direct Coverage Program Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to develop and administer

Grocery, Retail and Charitable Provider Policy and Member Direct Coverage Program.

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
