An Act Health and Human Service Executive Estate Retirement Policy Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of retirement for Health and Human Service Workers and Estates, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Health and Human Service Executive Estate Retirement Policy Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to develop and administer

Health and Human Service Executive Estate Retirement Policy- to collect and retire unpaid, uncovered health services and supplies, provide payment and pension investment options for long term care to supplement existing insurance, investment and savings policies to safeguard and support the office, services and users of the Health and Human Service Executive Estate.

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
