An Act Holiday Relief Care Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Emergency Preamble-
“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Holiday Relief Care, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."
Holiday Relief Care Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:
Policy to provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to administer and develop Holiday Relief Care Programs to provide all enrolled students, faculty, staff and community participants holiday relief care resources in the form of a gift card with paper or electronic card, invitation to community celebrations and transportation reimbursement and services if not already provided.
1. Holiday Relief Care is offered to each enrolled participant twice a year. Once in the Month of December to celebrate the winter holidays. Once during the Month of the enrolled community member’s birthday to celebrate their birthday. 2. Young children under the age of 18 receive a gift card-$500 Adults 18 years old and older receive a gift card-$1,000 (distributed by hand or by email to all enrolled community participants) 3. Invitation to community celebration, transportation voucher and services if not already provided to participate also included. 4. Children school party, dance or performance-$100 per participant 5. Community Winter Holiday parties religious, non-religious/seasonal and performance-$100 per attending participant Reserved Monthly Birthday Celebration at Community Center, designated facility or performance center-$100 per attending participant and $200 per hour to each administering celebration staff. 6. Commissioner of Holiday Relief Care Programs is an appointed position to administer all programs and staff. 7. Commissioner is appropriated $100,000,000,000 with a 1000% daily interest to administer facilities and services. 8.To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
