An Act Transport Provider Program Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Transport Provider Programs, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."


Transport Provider Program Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to administer and develop all usage of the streets, highways and transportation ways to be occupied, maintained and used for services to support transporting people and property who leave their primary residence.


1.Transport Provider licenses are enrolled and paid to members who would like contract to transport people and property from their residence to all other destinations for personal and group service.
2.Transport services for personal transportation covers vehicle, license, education, registration and fees, fuel, maintenance and cleaning for enrolled members.
3.Transport services for group or commercial transportation covers one or more vehicles, license, education, registration and fees, fuel, maintenance and cleaning for enrolled members to provide transport to other people and property in one or more vehicles as a service.
4.Transport Provider Payable fee is $100 per 15 min transport service to provide documented members and others with transportation.
5.Transport Provider policy contract coverage includes supply of all-inclusive transportation sales, administration and service for general and personal membership providers.

6. To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
