Emergency Preamble-
“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of long term care for survivors not at fault, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."
An act to provide long term care to injured not at fault Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:
Policy to provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations for persons who have survived motor vehicle accidents, traumatic injury and intellectual cognitive behavioral impairments that are not at fault and have been diagnosed by a primary care physician, neurologist, neuropsychologist or other medical evaluation. [$unlimited]
