An Act Survivors of Motor Vehicle Accident Healthcare Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of healthcare for survivors of a motor vehicle accident, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Survivors of Motor Vehicle Accident Healthcare Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to provide unlimited Healthcare for survivors of motor vehicle accidents, traumatic injury and intellectual cognitive behavioral impairments. 

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
