An Act Occupational Healthcare Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Occupational Healthcare, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Occupational Healthcare Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accessibility to Common Care health services and facilities.

1.Occupational Healthcare Services provide programs for all people choosing to participate in Common Care Evaluation and Voucher Programs and Services.

2.Common Care Evaluation and Voucher Provider Clinical Practices Include Clinical Practices Specializing in-

Point of Service Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Education Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Housing/Education Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Housing Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Transportation Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Behavioral Program Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Caregiver Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Activity Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Travel Lodging/Meals/Activity All Inclusive Education Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

Clinical Trial All Inclusive Lodging/Meals/Transportation/Behavioral Program/Clinic Visits Waiver Provider-Evaluation and administration of voucher check to patient.

*Additional services covered include Evaluation Forms, Accommodations waiver, Peer support group, Behavioral program per diem and annual, Employment support, Investment support, Holiday relief, Social membership annual waiver.
