Emergency Preamble-
“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of no cost provider services, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."
No Cost for Providers Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:
Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to develop and administer No cost, No Premium, No Co-pay Provider and Member Health Plan for Health and Human Service Providers and Worker who earn income.
To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
