An Act Massachusetts Largest Building Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Massachusetts largest building, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Massachusetts Largest Building Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations for the development and maintenance of Massachusetts Largest Building.

*Massachusetts largest building has the most number of square feet of inhabitable space.  It provides a landmark architectural development and museum to demonstrate strategies and provide educational facility to teach methods of constructing large buildings and its many uses.
