An Act Lobbyist and Legal Service Insurance Policy Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Lobbyist and Legal Services, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Lobbyist and Legal Service Insurance Policy Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:


Lobbyist and Legal Service Insurance Policy for Providers and Members Program for coverage of No Premium, No cost, No Co-Pay policy options for Lobby and Legal Services Providers and Clients.

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
