An Act Lighten Up Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of energy, communication and fuel assistance, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Lighten Up Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations for persons who seek energy, communication and fuel assistance. 

*self-serve gas stations-parking lot, rest area, roadside, commercial area unmanned fuel station, assisted gas stations, business and home fuel, data and phone communication service, electric energy service, food, pharmacy, housing and transportation. 

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]

Title-Office Caregiver Act

Emergency Preamble-

 “Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of customer services and employee relations, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Office Caregivers Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations for employers and persons who seek employment support and services to administer regulation and policy documents, licenses, receipts, contracts and records for customers of goods and services suppliers at in person point of service locations.

Office Caregiver accommodations provided to persons with application filing for staff/customer services include interview with caregiver staff, written interpretation of transaction to ensure transparency and transfer success with point of service.  [$unlimited]
