An Act Independence Partnership Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Independent Living Facilities and Programs, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Independence Partnership Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to develop and administer

Independent Coverage and Dependent Coverage Service Facility and Living Partnership Provider Coverage Programs in independent and group living situations and to address supportive provider services. 

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
