An Act Healthcare Saving Bank for Executive Joseph Toolan of the Office of Health and Human Services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Emergency Preamble-
“Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of healthcare savings bank, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."
Health Care savings bank for, Joseph Toolan, executive of the Office of the Department of Health and Human Services
To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
