An Act relative to the Food Rehabilitation Center Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Emergency Preamble-

 “Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to consolidate time and expense involved in the administration of Diet, Food and Food Preparation, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience."

Policy to Provide unlimited access, coverage and accommodations to develop and administer Food Rehabilitation Centers.

Food Rehabilitation Center Act Trust and its appointed commissioner is authorized to provide unused and unlimited treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following facilities and services:

Food Rehabilitation Center facilities and daily activities include cooking, eating, serving, social skills and event hosting classes and peer support for members, visitors, staff and interns that will facilitate learning in a rehab model for eating, running a restaurant, catering service, shelter, meals on wheels and other food pantries; Religious and Hospital Food Rehab Activity Programing Facility to supply and staff cooking and peer support groups; eating healthy classes for communities; Cooking TV show-talk about the Food Bank, restaurants, local products, how to get involved as a member or provider, strategies for healthy eating, weight loss, travel eating; Prepared Diet Food, deli prepared food and active community recipes from a common kitchen approach to prepared food that is hard to cook or make at home that makes the house smell like steak, bacon and other ethnic food that smell; Beverages, Desserts, Ice Cream, special items, candy, pharmacy, paper products, home goods and holiday items. 

To be signed into law before May 1,2017 and to take effect on June 1, 2017 [$unlimited]
