An Act relative to the net metering cap.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (f) of section 139 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “7” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 12.
SECTION 2. Said subsection (f) of section 139 of chapter 164, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “8” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 13.
