An Act relative to accessible parking placards.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 13 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:-
Display of a parking identification placard issued pursuant to the requirements in section 2 of this chapter shall not, in and of itself, constitute a violation of this section.
