An Act relative to the governance of regional transit authorities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 of Chapter 161B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 10, by striking out the words “one and one half” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
“one hundred”
