An Act relative to parking violation notices.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 20A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 40 by inserting after the word “vehicle” the following:- or if a city or town has permitted said notice to be delivered by mail,
SECTION 2. Section 20A1/2 of chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby amended in line 32 by inserting after the word “vehicle” the following:- , or if permitted by cities accepting this section, sent to the offender,
