An Act relative to workers compensation for veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection 7A of Section 1 of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the paragraph the following:-
“Any employee who served in the United States Armed Forces or National Guard and as a result of such service sustained an emotional or physical injury, who in the course of, or arising out of, this employment, receives a personal injury which combines with, or is aggravated or prolonged by, such disability, shall be entitled to compensation regardless of the extent to which the services related disability contributes.”
