An Act naming a certain bridge in the city of Fall River as the Leonard “Lenny” Kaplan Memorial Bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION__. The foot bridge off Davol Street in the city of Fall River connecting the parking lot of the visitors center at Heritage State Park to Battleship Cove, shall be designated and known as the Leonard “Lenny” Kaplan Memorial Bridge. The Department of Conversation and Recreation shall erect suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of that agency. The department shall be responsible for the maintenance of the markers.
