An Act designating a section of state highway route 10 and United States highway route 202 in the town of Southwick as the Purple Heart Trail.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the section of state highway route 10 and United States highway route 202 located in the town of Southwick shall be designated and known as the Purple Heart Trail, in honor of the brave recipients of the Purple Heart. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
