An Act further regulating the disposition of real property by a Regional School District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first paragraph of section 16 of chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after clause (c), as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, the following clause:-
(c 1/2) To dispose of real property pursuant to chapter 30B; provided, however, that no real property shall be disposed of without the prior approval of the town meeting of each of the towns comprising the district and to include the Elected School Committee members of the district.
