An Act to prevent bureaucratic overreach in the collection of student debt.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13 of Chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out lines 42 to 81, inclusive.
SECTION 2. Section 61 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out lines 82 to 123, inclusive.
