An Act to remove the residency requirement for the appointment of a forest warden.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 48 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the phrase “who shall be a resident thereof.”
