An Act relating to special education funding.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (c), the figure “4,” wherever it appears, and by inserting in place thereof the following figure- 3
SECTION 2. Said section 5A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsections (a) and (f), the words “subject to appropriation.”
