An Act regarding snow and ice removal, and repair of private ways in the town of Clinton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 40 § 6N, MGL Chapter 40 § 6C and notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Clinton will be authorized to make to temporary repairs, and provide for the removal of snow and ice, on the following private ways: Sprague Road, California Court, Forest Avenue, French Terrace, Hastings Court, Highland Avenue, Pierce Place, Pond View Drive, and Shore Lane.
SECTION 2. The provisions of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
