An Act relative to a certain parcel of conservation land in the city of Boston.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The city of Boston may transfer care, custody and control of a certain parcel of land from the conversation commission of the city to the department of parks and recreation to be used for playground purposes. The parcel is described in an Order of Taking recorded in the Suffolk county registry of deeds, Book 9831, Page 380, et al.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
