An Act relative to income eligible childcare.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2 of chapter 15D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “families”, in line 49, the following:-

provided that households, whose gross monthly income is at or below 50% of the State Median Income at the initial income eligibility assessment, will continue to meet the financial requirements if total gross monthly income for the household remains at or below 90% of the State Median Income
