An Act relative to Massachusetts high school diplomas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1D of Chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no student who has met all other requirements for a high school diploma, including passing grades in all required courses, shall be denied a diploma because of a score on a state standardized test.
