An Act supporting working parents who choose to run for public office.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 6 of chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “body”, in line 68 the following:-
or expenses relating to the provision of child care services for a candidate while the candidate is performing work or attending events directly related to the candidate’s campaign.
