An Act relative to the Charles River water quality commission.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to amend the reporting date of the special commission, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The special commission established by chapter 498 of the acts of 2008 is hereby revived and continued. The commission shall report to the general court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, by filing the same with the clerks of the senate and house of representatives on or before November 1, 2018.
