An Act relative to the Sewer Rate Relief Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 2Z of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof, the following words:- "No less than $2,000,000 from the general fund shall be allocated to the Sewer Rate Relief Fund with no less than $200,000 allocated to the town of Tewksbury for sewer relief purposes."
SECTION 2: SECTION 1 shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
