An Act requiring the supervision of animals at day care services.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 137A of Chapter 140 of the General Laws of 2014 is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:-- (d) Any commercial boarding or training kennel actively used for day care services shall ensure continuous supervision of all animals on such premises and shall be subject to inspection and license revocation as provided under Section 137C.
