An Act relative to the preservation of land designated areas of critical concern.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law or any rule or regulation to the contrary, any land so designated by the Commonwealth or any of its agencies and/or subdivisions thereof as an area of critical natural landscape, or area of conservation concern or area of core habitat in the Town of Milton, or any land abutting the property owned by the Commonwealth and part of the Blue Hill Reservation, more specifically referred to as Fowl Meadow shall not be negatively impacted, affected or altered by any development nor shall any development be permitted within 1000 feet of said Fowl Meadow.
