An Act relative to the definition of certificate of insurance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of chapter 157L, as added by chapter 493 of the acts of 2014, hereby amends the definition of "certificate of insurance" by striking out the words "insurance binder" in the second sentence.
