An Act to increase MassHealth rates.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 118 E, Section 13 is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the second sentence, after the words “ways and means” the following:-
"Provided, further that said rates shall be equal to or greater than the federal Medicare rates for the same services.”
