An Act to provide immediate relief to businesses on health care costs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9 of chapter 224 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended in paragraph (2) of subsection (b) by striking out the words “minus 0.5 per cent” and inserting in place thereof the following words; “minus 2 per cent.”
SECTION 2: Provided further, that in said section 9, paragraph (3) of subsection (c) by striking the words, “minus 0.5 per cent” and inserting in place thereof the following words; “minus 2 per cent.”
