An Act relative to the University of Massachusetts’ ability to insure buildings.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 9 of chapter 75 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the section in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following section: -

“Section 9. The trustees may insure the buildings they own or occupy and any and all of their contents in such amounts as the trustees deem sufficient.”
